Service Terms (Audits)

Scope

These terms apply to the US Pricing & Positioning Audit and any other service we sell, in addition to our Terms and Conditions. The audit consists of a written review of the information you provide and one 45-minute call to walk through the findings.

How it works

You book an appointment using our booking link. After booking, we ask you for specific information, such as your pricing page and recent deal summaries. The delivery period starts when we have received all requested information.

Delivery time

We deliver the written audit within 5 working days of receiving the requested information. If information is incomplete, the period starts when it is complete.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to attend the booked call, and to remove or withhold any personal data of your customers that we do not need.

Confidentiality

We treat the business information you share as confidential and use it only to deliver the service. You may not share our written audit outside your company.

No guarantee of results

The audit provides recommendations based on our experience and the information you give us. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome. Decisions and implementation remain yours. The audit is not legal, tax or financial advice.

Fees and refunds

Fees are shown in Indian rupees and exclude GST. Fees are non-refundable once paid. See our Refund Policy.

Rescheduling

Liability and law

Our total liability for a service is limited to the fee you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
